Fates Fencing Academy proudly brings group and private fencing instruction to the Lehigh Valley and Poconos. We offer fencing classes in foil, epee, and saber at our fully equipped facility. Instruction is available for all age groups; youth, teen, and adult. We are also proud to team with L’ Arte Lehigh Valley Historical Fencing to bring HEMA/Longsword, Viking Age Combat for Shield/Axe and Huskarl Classes, and Haidong Gumdo with Master Ezawa.
Our full time facility is located in Coplay just off MacArthur Road; ten minutes north of the Lehigh Valley Mall. Fates Fencing Academy’s new location features six competition fencing strips and two coaching strips for all our training needs.

Level One- Beginner Group (M/W 5:30-6:15)
Level Two- Developmental Group (M/W 6:15-7:00)
Level Three- Precompetitive Group (T/Th 5:30-6:30)

Adults Group (Wed 7:00-9:00)
Situational Bouting & Conditioning (M 7:00-8:30)
Open Bouting (Sat 1-4)
*on tournament days open bouting will be 10:00-12:00
Mini Musketeers
The Mini Musketeers class will teach fencing concepts in a playful manner. Children will enjoy various age-appropriate games that introduce footwork, point control, and fundamental bladework techniques. Ages 4-6 at our Coplay location.

Homeschool Fencing
We now offer convenient day time hours to fit your homeschool schedule. Fencing is a fantastic way to connect with other families while meeting your child’s physical education requirements. We have two options. Tuesdays 10:30-11:30 or Wednesdays 2:45-3:45.
HEMA & Viking Age Combat
Learn the skills and techniques of Longsword in our Introduction to Longsword Classes. Shield, Axe, Pike, and Shortsword available in our mixed gender Viking Class or our Valkyrie/ Shield-maiden class exclusively for women, non-binary, and transathletes.
With an emphasis on bladework techniques and footwork, we promote the physical, mental, and strategic development of athletes to develop a life-long love of fencing.
